We really pride ourselves on allowing a more personal feel even in a group setting. Our world class coaches ensure your technique and form is on point and that you are progressing according to your own goals. This keeps you injury free and rapidly increases your ability to lose body fat and create lean muscle.

We get that there are 24 hours in a day and training makes up a small percentage of your waking hours. You’ll get an initial nutritional and lifestyle analysis by an accredited sports dietician as well as a number of supporting documents to help you take the guesswork out of nutrition.

To ensure you are getting the attention you need we cap the numbers at 15 people per class.
Our coaches are very experienced and will be able to help you not only work around old injuries but show you how to bulletproof your body so they will be less likely to return.
Yes. We require you to book your sessions using gym master members app.
We commence each session with a mobility and activation circuit to ensure you are prepared and warmed up to perform optimally and stay injury free. We will then move on to our strength component which combines a mixture of free weights and bodyweight activities aimed to build a stronger, more resilient body. To round out each session you can expect a great sweat to improve your fitness and endurance. We also run endurance sessions on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
No. We don’t believe in long term contracts and only want people training in our gym that actually want to be a part of the community.
Payment is processed weekly every Monday.
Unlike other gyms that have 4 or 2 week notice periods all we require is provide us 7 days notice in writing.
