Our Services
At The Rig, we provide small group training sessions, which provide our clients with the perfect opportunity to enjoy a great training atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more. From the training in the gym to the support and education on nutrition and mindset we aim to cover all bases to get people leaner, stronger and fitter than if they tried to go it alone. Where we pride ourselves is our ability to personalise your program and nutrition based on what you need as an individual. You’re more than just a number at The Rig and you are certainly treated that way with coaches taking time to go through your individual goals and needs on a regular basis and making recommendations that will suit YOU personally.

Group Training
The core service at The Rig is our group training. Available six days per week in mornings and evenings. Our classes are led by world class trainers who remain aware of your individual goals.

Personal Training
For clients that would prefer a more personalised service. Our personal training is available for one-on-one and one-on-two (couples or friends motivating eachother).

Nutrition Support
We help people with fat loss by using an evidence-based approach. Your program and nutrition plan is individually tailored to your goals, training history & injury history. Designed to be managable (no calorie counting or daily weigh-ins).

Mums & Bubs
Are you a new mum and struggling to find time to exercise? Join us at 10am Thursdays for a mums and bubs specific class. Focusing on safe postnatal strength training that suits mums at any stage of their journey. Let’s have a chat for more details 0459 3236 00

Pilates
We offer Mat Pilates 7:30 am on a Thursday. This class is a perfect accompaniment to our strength and conditioning sessions. Focusing on building core strength and stability in a fun modern style Pilates class.
